Author Guidelines

The Journal of Medical Studies welcomes high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of medical and health sciences. Authors are requested to carefully follow the instructions before submitting their manuscripts.

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses
  • Case Reports and Case Series

  • Letters to the Editor

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear English.
  • Submit manuscripts in MS Word format.
  • Use Times New Roman font, size 12.
  • Use double line spacing.
  • All pages should be numbered consecutively.

Structure of Original Articles

Abstract

Original research articles should include a structured abstract of not more than 250 words under Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Keywords

Authors should provide 3–6 relevant keywords related to the manuscript.

References

References should follow Vancouver citation style. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of references.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively.
  • Each table and figure must have a title or legend.
  • Images should be of high resolution.

Ethical Considerations

  • Human studies must include Ethics Committee approval.
  • Informed consent must be obtained where applicable.
  • Animal studies must follow institutional and national guidelines.

Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Manuscripts with significant plagiarism may be rejected immediately.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review by experts in the relevant field. The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revision.

Copyright and Open Access

Published articles are freely accessible under the journal’s open-access policy. Authors retain responsibility for the content of their published work.
